Hakim Addad est militant et vit en Algérie depuis vingt ans; ancien responsable de SOS Racisme dans les années 80 en France, ancien secrétaire national du Front des Forces Socialistes délégué aux mouvements sociaux. Il est également un des membres fondateurs du Rassemblement Actions Jeunesse (RAJ) et son ancien secrétaire général.
Hakim Addad is an activist and has lived in Algeria for twenty years. He is a former member of SOS Racism during the 1980s in France and former national secretary of the Socialist Forces Front delegate to social movements. He is also a founding member of the Youth Action Gathering (RAJ) and its former secretary general.
