There has recently been controversy regarding the Democratic Path Party’s position concerning Islamist movements, particularly the Justice and Charity Party (Al Adl Wal Ihsane) following an article that appeared in Lakome. In reality, it appears that the position was not meant to be a call for an explicit alliance with Al Adl Wal Ihsane.
