Kira Allmann is a DPhil student at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom, where she studies mass and social media and political activism in the Middle East. She graduated summa cum laude with degrees in political science and linguistics from the College of William and Mary, and she has a master's degree with distinction from the University of Oxford in Modern Middle Eastern Studies.
