Gelare Khoshgozaran is a Los Angeles-based Iranian artist, writer, and translator. She has contributed to multiple Persian and English publications including Parkett, The Enemy, WildGender, Ajam Media Collective, Kargozaaraan Newspaper, and Mardomak, amongst others. She is the Persian translator of Oxford University Press' Critical Theory: A Very Short Introduction, the winner of the 2011 Neely Macomber Travel Award and ArtGenève’s Meta Young Art Critic Award 2012.
