Helena Cobban is a long-time scholar of the Middle East. Her book, "The Palestinian Liberation Organisation: People, Power, and Politics" (Cambridge, 1984) is still in print. She sat on HRW's Middle East Advisory Committee, 1992-2009. She has published Just World News since 2003 and is the Founder and CEO of the publishing house Just World Books.
