Haiyun Ma and I-wei Jennifer Chang


Haiyun Ma is Assistant Professor of History at Frostburg State University in Maryland.  His teaching and research interests are Chinese History, Islam and Muslims of China (including Xinjiang), and China-Islamic relations.  He is the founding Executive Director of the Zhenghe International Peace Foundation.


I-wei Jennifer Chang is a Research Assistant in international affairs and U.S. foreign policy at an embassy in Washington, D.C. She previously conducted research at the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom.
