خالد صاغية كاتب وإعلامي لبناني. عمل ونشر في صحف لبنانية وعربية عديدة، وتولى إدارة تحرير صحيفة الأخبار اللبنانية حتى آب 2011. يعمل حالياً في قسم الأخبار في المؤسسة اللبنانية للإرسال إنترناشونال. حائز على ماجستير في الاقتصاد السياسي من جامعة ماساتشوستس في أمهرست، وعلى إجازة في هندسة الكمبيوتر والاتصالات من الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت.
