In Berlin one can find traces of almost any culture in the world. Unprepared for the magnitude of diversity this one city had to offer, my time in Berlin forced me to question everything around me. Nourhan Khalid is an Egyptian media designer who has been freelancing since 2015. After living in Berlin recently, she became primarily concerned with issues of culture and cultural diversity. Nourhan is a 2016 graduate from the German University in Cairo with a bachelor’s degree in Interactive Media Design. She was ranked highly, along with her team, in 2013 in an education competition and another of her projects has been featured on the ‘Qumra’ TV program. She is currently based in Cairo, Egypt where she is working on more photography projects.
