مشاعر غامضة انتابتني وانا أستمع لأحدى الإذاعات الدولية وهي تقوم باعادة بث لمقاطع من نشرات أخبار كانت قد بثتها قبل عشر سنوات بالضبط، كجزء من متابعتها لمسار تقدم الجيش الاميركي في احتلال العراق، والذي انتهى بسقوط نظام صدام حسين. هذه المقاطع من نشرات الأخبار التي أتذكر جيداً أنني استمعت الى بعضها، أعادتني إلى راديو الترانزستور الصغير الذي كنت اضعه على أذني في الليالي المظلمة التي لم يكن يكدرها سوى صوت الصواريخ الاميركية البعيدة وهي تسقط على "أهداف" في بغداد، ...

أحمد سعداوي صحفي وشاعر وروائي عراقي. ولد في بغداد عام ١٩٧٣. نشر أربع مجموعات شعرية وروايتين واختير كواحد من أفضل ٣٩ كاتباً تحت سن الأربعين في العالم العربي.
Ahmad Saadawi was born in 1973. He is an Iraqi writer and artist. He has worked as a freelance journalist and correspondent for many years. He has published four collections of poetry and two novels. He was among the writers chosen in 2010 for Beirut 39 for the best 39 authors under forty.
