ملاحظة حول قرار محكمة جنايات القاهرة في قضية "موقعة الجمل" حكمت محكمة جنايات القاهرة ببراءة ٢٤ متهماً في قضية "موقعة الجمل". حسب المادة ٦٠ مكرر من الدستور المصري النافذ بعد أن أصدر المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة الإعلان الدستوري المكمل بتاريخ ١٧ يونيو/حزيران ٢٠١٢، فإن الجمعية التأسيسية ستكون مكلّفة بصياغة الدستور ولكن ضمن قيود موضوعية. تحديداً فإن الجمعية التأسيسية، دائماً وفقاً لنص المادة ٦٠ مكرر، لن تكون قادرة على طرح أي نص دستوري على الاستفتاء إذا كان يتعارض مع "مبادئ الثورة وأهدافها الاساسية التي تتحقق بها المصالح العليا للبلاد، أو مع ما تواتر من مبادئ في الدساتير ...
