Booking, Lunch and Travel Details:
Places may be reserved in advance by returning the form below to the Events Coordinator, Mrs. Rezan Muir, 104 Hinton Way, Great Shelford, Cambridge, CB22 5AL. Cheques should be made payable to "The Turkish Area Study Group."
Lunch will be available in the college for those who have booked a place at the tables that will be reserved in the dining hall. Food and drink will be selected and purchased from the servery on a cafeteria basis (cards only - no cash), but access can be guaranteed only to those who have indicated to the Events Coordinator by 17 April that they will be taking lunch.
Anyone booked in for lunch who wishes to have tea or coffee after lunch should note that this is served upstairs (above the dining hall) in the Combined Common Room. You need to purchase your tea/coffee ticket at the till in the dining hall when paying for your lunch.

The most convenient park-and-ride service is the one on the northern edge of the city (Pear Tree). For St Antony’s, get off at the second stop (Canterbury Road), and walk 100 yards further south along Woodstock Road.
Any member who would like to join the group for supper after the Symposium at a nearby restaurant (cost approximately £21 plus drinks) should e-mail the Events Coordinator by 22 April.
