The Modern Language Association (MLA) will be voting on a resolution calling for a boycott of Israeli academic institutions at its upcoming convention, to be held 5-8 January 2017 in Philadelphia. This short documentary makes the case for MLA members to vote in support of the resolution. The video includes interviews with numerous prominent literary scholars who support the boycott resolution. Gayatri Chakravorty Spivak, W. J. T. Mitchell, Bruce Robbins, Margaret Ferguson, Rosaura Sanchez, David Lloyd, Malini Schueller, David Palumbo Liu, Jeffery Sacks, Koritha Mitchell, Kenneth Surin, and Kamran Rastegar are among the scholars interviewed.
