Committee on Academic Freedom: Letter Concerning the Arrest and Detention of Muge Tuzcuoglu Middle East Studies Association President writes to Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan about the plight of Muge Tuzcuoglu. Tuzcuoglu, an anthropologist and researcher of Kurdish rights, has been accused of using and supporting violence in protests.
