Leadership in a Challenging Environment Training

The School of Global Affairs and Public Policy’s Executive Education at the American University in Cairo is now accepting applications for its upcoming training titled Leadership in a Challenging Environment. The training will be held on April 10, 11, 17 and 18 at the AUC campus in Cairo.
Within the framework of the Transforming Public Service program, the “Leadership in a Challenging Environment” module is dedicated to developing emerging leaders for change during Egypt’s transition period. The module is intended for mid-senior level government officials; emerging leaders; members of civil society, non-profit and media institutions.
Over a period of 4 days, the training will focus on the following topics:
- Strategic Planning and Performance Management in the Public Sector
- Change Management and Challenges in Service Delivery
- Public Speaking and Communication Skills
- Crises Management
A group of international and local experts of the most valuable expertise resources in Egypt will deliver the module:
