Arthur Asseraf

Arthur Asseraf is Lecturer in the History of France and the Francophone World at the University of Cambridge. Born and raised in Paris, he has previously been based at All Souls College, Oxford. His research focuses on the history of modern North Africa, France, and the Western Mediterranean, with particular interests in the history of colonialism and information. His writing can also been seen in French on rue89.com. Despite his terrible sense of fashion, he once made into the New York Times Style section.
