Thank you for your interest in Jadaliyya. We welcome all submissions. The most significant requirement is for Jadaliyya submissions to be analytically compelling and offer a perspective or argument that has not been covered at length either on Jadaliyya or elsewhere. Because of the volume of submissions, well-written pieces are prioritized. Length is flexible, 1000 to 2500 words is the average range. However, we will accept longer pieces. Once submitted, several members of the editorial committee will review your piece and one of them will inform you of the decision.

Keith P. Feldman is Assistant Professor of Comparative Ethnic Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. He is also Core Faculty in the Program in Critical Theory and Affiliated Faculty for the Designated Emphasis in Women, Gender, and Sexuality, and the Center for Middle East Studies. He is the author of A Shadow over Palestine: The Imperial Life of Race in America (Minnesota, 2015), and his scholarly essays have appeared, or are forthcoming, in American Literary History, American Quarterly, Antipode: A Radical Journal of Geography, Comparative American Studies, Comparative Literature, Comparative Literature Studies, CR: New Centennial Review, Cultural Studies, Intertexts, MELUS, PMLA, Studies in American Jewish Literature, Theory and Event, and several edited collections. His writing has also appeared in Jadaliyya and Al Jazeera English.
