Zachary Sheldon
Zachary Sheldon is a doctoral student in sociocultural anthropology at the University of Chicago. His work with Iraqis in Jordan and the United States has been supported by the National Science Foundation, the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, and the American Center for Oriental Research. He is currently working towards his doctoral dissertation, which considers how national difference comes to matter for the everyday practices of urban life in contemporary Amman. Sheldon holds degrees from Tufts University (BA) and the University of Chicago (MA).
