In a conversation with Arturo Desimone at DiEM25, Jadaliyya Co-Editor Mouin Rabbani discusses Israel's plans to annex the West Bank and the ongoing struggles of the Palestinian people.
Mouin Rabbani is a Contributing Editor of Middle East Report and has published and commented widely on Palestinian affairs and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He was a Senior Analyst of the Middle East with the International Crisis Group. Previously he worked as Palestine Director of the Palestinian American Research Centre. He is Co-Editor of Jadaliyya Ezine.
Arturo Desimone is an Argentinean citizen, born on the island Aruba in the Dutch Caribbean, to an Argentinean father and a Russian-Polish mother. He moved to the Netherlands when he was 22 and after a few years decided to leave and has led a nomadic lifestyle travelling through countries such as Poland, Tunisia and Greece. His poems have appeared in SX Salon for Caribbean writing, on the blog A Tunisian Girl and in Brown Critique (New Delhi India's English-language literary journal.) His nonfiction and prose have been published in Unlikely Stories and Apeiron Review, in Arseh Sevom and Kapralova Journal of Women in Music. He is currently working on longer fiction projects.
