Claudia Gazzini’s research and reporting on Libya is widely considered among the most informative available on the country’s politics, security, and economic affairs. Since 2012 she has been the International Crisis Group’s Senior Analyst for Libya, and during 2017-2018 also served as policy advisor to the Head of the UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL). She travels regularly throughout Libya. Gazzini Previously worked for the Associated Press and Reuters.
Mouin Rabbani has published and commented widely on Palestinian affairs, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and the contemporary Middle East. He was previously Senior Analyst Middle East and Special Advisor on Israel-Palestine with the International Crisis Group, and head of political affairs with the Office of the United Nations Special Envoy for Syria. He is Co-Editor of Jadaliyya Ezine.
