Dr. Cevat Dargın is a scholar with expertise in the modern history of the Middle East, focusing on the Kurds in the late Ottoman Empire and post-Ottoman territories. He holds a PhD from Princeton University's Department of Near Eastern Studies. Dr. Dargın is currently working on a book manuscript titled Roads to Dersim 38: Race, Territory, and Technology in Reinventing the Middle East.
