Anna Younes

Anna Younes (PhD, she/her) is an independent scholar in Germany writing about race, racism, and Palestine and is currently fighting her third and fourth court case in Germany against illegitimate accusations of antisemitism, amongst others. Her work can be found on academia.edu and on her website www.annaestheryounes.net. She is active in public education beyond the academy, writes and publishes, has co-curated the first month-long interdisciplinary and transnational Palestinian arts festivals in Germany in 2016, and has founded and organized the Colloquium of Color Berlin for several years. Younes has coined the term a “War on Antisemitism” for the German and European context in her PhD thesis.
