Aslı Ü. Bâli is Professor of Law at the UCLA School of Law, where she teaches public international law, international human rights, Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL), and the laws of war. Her research interests also include comparative law of the Middle East. Bâli is Faculty Director of the Promise Institute for Human Rights at UCLA Law, and a co-editor of Jadaliyya`s Turkey Page.
