Helen Mackreath

 

Helen Mackreath is a writer and researcher based in Istanbul, currently working on the governance of Syrian refugees in Turkey. Her writing has appeared in the Los Angeles Review of BooksThe Economist, The White Review, and on the academic website E-IR. Her research on refugee governance has been published by Forced Migration Review and the Humanitarian Policy Network, and she is the co-author of a report on migration for UNESCWA in Beirut.
