Özge Yaka
Özge Yaka studied Political Science in Turkey and received her PhD in Sociology from Lancaster University. Since then, she has held various academic positions in Turkey, Germany, and France. She has been working on environmental struggles, gender and environment, environmental and socio-ecological justice, feminist theory, phenomenology, water, and body and subjectivity in the last decade. She is also interested in Turkish and Middle Eastern politics and works on issues such as justice, migration, inequality, social movements, and protest in the region.
