Magdy Alabady is a Research Scientist in Genomics Biology, at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Alabady has published several scholarly and peer-reviewed research articles in top scientific journals in his field. Magdy is an activist on Egyptian affairs among the Egyptian communities in the United States and the youth movements in Egypt. He is a member of several Egyptian alliances and groups in support of the Egyptian revolution, which were established before and after the January 25 uprising. Alabady holds a doctorate in Molecular Biology.
تعاني المرأة من مشاكل عديدة في كل المجتمعات، وتختلف حدة ونوعية هذه المشاكل من مجتمع إلى آخر. والمرأة العربية ليست إستثناء من هذا التعميم. ولكن المؤكد أن مشاكل المرأة العربية ليس سببها كراهية الرجل لها لأن هذه الكراهية المزعومة لا وجود لها. والزعم بأن الرجل العربي يكره المرأة ـ كما جاء في مقال منى الطحاوي في مجلة “فورين بولسي” Foreign Policy"
