Luca Anceschi is Lecturer in Central Asian Studies at the University of Glasgow. His publications include Turkmenistan’s Foreign Policy: Positive Neutrality and the Consolidation of the Turkmen Regime (Routledge, 2008).
Gennaro Gervasio is a graduate of the University of Naples “L’Orientale” and is currently Lecturer in Middle East Politics at the British University in Egypt. Prior to this, he was the Director of the Centre for Middle East and North African Studies, Macquarie University, Australia. His latest monograph is al-Haraka al-Markisiyya fi Misr 1967-81 [The Marxist Movement in Egypt 1967-81] (Cairo, 2010).
Andrea Teti is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Politics and International Relations, University of Aberdeen, where he also directs the Centre for Global Security and Governance. He is also Senior Fellow at the Brussels-based European Centre for International Affairs.
