Mariam Motamedi-Fraser is an academic and writer. She is currently researching an archive, held in the Bodleian Library in Oxford, on the subject of 20th century Iranian-British relations. This research takes various forms: fact-fictional, sociological, historical, archival. It is based in both Iran and Britain. Mariam is also a senior lecturer at Goldsmiths, University of London, where she teaches in the areas of visuality, and the philosophy and methodology of the social sciences.
